Think on it. McVay's genius while in Washington came from watching. "Oh that looks good, let me add this wrinkle", & his mind would get creative. There's less creativity in McVay, because the league has much tape on him now. He needs to give up playcalling & start watching again.

Okay now that cooler heads have prevailed I think this needs to happen & we'll be alright: Raheem Morris, Ejiro Evero, and Matt & Mike LaFleur. All of them have worked under Sean McVay and all of them know his tendencies. McVay needs to give up playcalling. A fresher mind.
