Update: It seems that our internet provider has blocked email in and out of our server. We've contacted them for a resolution but waiting is difficult.

Some users are reporting issues with sending/recv'ing emails. We're working on it. Webmail and iPhones don't seem to be affected for some unknown reason... just Mac Mail.

Our planned maintenance has been postponed one night due to a scheduling conflict. The server will be down tonight instead.

Please be advised that we will be taking the server down for planned maintenance this Saturday night (actually, early Sunday morning) between midnight and 6am. Our plan is to have the server back up before anyone notices.

Our server is currently under attack and you may have received a sudden flood of fake email delivery notifications as a result. Our team is attempting to block the perpetrators. Email may seem unresponsive until it's over.

We experienced a brief server outage that lasted about 10 minutes. Not sure why, at this time, but the server recovered and all systems seem ok now.

Server is UP again at about 1:30pm, after 1h 53m of downtime. Cause is still unknown but investigation is ongoing.

Server outage has been determined to be an issue affecting our server only. Server is not responding remotely at all. A technician is on-route to the data centre to investigate further. Stay tuned...

The server experienced approx 12hrs of unstable performance last night. We were finally able to bring it back online at 4:30am EST. All evidence points to the conclusion that we were the victim of a DDOS attack. Still investigating but server is online and working.

Server is down again. We have a suspicion that someone's email account was hacked and our server is being used to send massive amounts of spam causing it to not respond to any requests. This may take a while...

500 strand fibre cables take a while to fix. Current estimate is as many as 15 hours until service is restored. Hopefully less. Stay tuned.
