I hate when people say, “I would kill to be skinny” or “I would do XYZ for a flat stomach”. It’s quite obvious you wouldn’t if you can’t even put down the fork and ear less

i hate when a gym dude is straight up promoting starving and disordered eating on tiktok. But when a fitness influencer is skinny, and posts regular diet stuff everyone starts investigating if she’s disordered.
@petalspo_ When I was vegetarian it was the healthiest I’ve ever been! Just make sure your a whole food vegitarian and not thoes that eat oreos and icecream just because there’s no meat
