I hate what Old School is doing and especially what they did to Kasi Flavor. A brand rooted in “Stellenbosch heritage” a place with deep colonial and apartheid history, now trying to commodify parts of South African culture it was never truly part of.

You can’t celebrate one cultural identity tied to that history and then turn around and package Black South African football culture and other local aesthetics as products for profit. It feels extractive, tasteless, and disconnected from the communities it borrows from.
