@talkinang3la Sure, it took me ≈7 months. Main points are that I track with a food scale, ate 1400cal/day before relapse, drink 3 bottles of water/day, I don't have a consistent workout routine I aim for at least 2h30 of walking/day and either dance or yoga.♡
#edtwt Food I made for my dad and siblings 'cause my mom was too tired. Feel so happy they all liked it, my mom even joked that if I was the one cooking from now on they'll all loose weight because it's so healthy ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
@f4gg0t_lowkey I always have isolated myself and they see me as the eldest daughter that can do it by herself +since my siblings are more of a chore to them, I just don't matter as much. 🤓

I guess than as long as they see that I eat high volume, believe that I'm just trying to get fit and healthy and don't catch me faint, I'm alright! (Also gotta keep my grades high lol)

As long as my grades stay up, they don't really notice how many hours I spend on my phone. They also don't pick on the disinterest I now have on almost everything.
