Chandrayaan-3 Mission:
Anaglyph is a simple visualization of the object or terrain in three dimensions from stereo or multi-view images.
The Anaglyph presented here is created using NavCam Stereo Images, which consist of both a left and right image captured onboard the Pragyan Rover.
In this 3-channel image, the left image is positioned in the red channel, while the right image is placed in the blue and green channels (creating cyan). The difference in perspective between these two images results in the stereo effect, which gives the visual impression of three dimensions.
Red & Cyan glasses are recommended for viewing in 3D
NavCam was developed by LEOS / ISRO. Data Processing is carried out by SAC / ISRO
India defeated Pakistan in penalty shootout in the final match of Men's Hockey 5s Asia Cup 2023 in Oman.
Indian team played aggressive hockey against Pakistan.
Now, India qualified for FIH Hockey 5s World cup 2024 in Muscat.
Congratulations Team.
We have touchdown...AGAIN! ๐
Yesterday the Vikram Lander fired up its thrusters once again to perform a little hop on the Lunar surface, becoming only the 2nd spacecraft to ever do so! ๐ฅ
It lifted off, got to an altitude of only 40 cm and then landed again 30-40 cm away.
To safely perform this hop, the ChaSTE and ILSA instruments as well as the ramps had to be retracted and have been successfully redeployed after landing.
The reason for this hop was to test out aspects of future sample return missions and crewed missions to the Moon by ISRO!!

Aditya-L1 Mission:
The satellite is healthy and operating nominally.
The first Earth-bound maneuvre (EBN#1) is performed successfully from ISTRAC, Bengaluru. The new orbit attained is 245km x 22459 km.
The next maneuvre (EBN#2) is scheduled for September 5, 2023, around 03:00 Hrs. IST
Chandrayaan-3 Mission:
The Rover completed its assignments.
It is now safely parked and set into Sleep mode.
APXS and LIBS payloads are turned off.
Data from these payloads is transmitted to the Earth via the Lander.
Currently, the battery is fully charged.
The solar panel is oriented to receive the light at the next sunrise expected on September 22, 2023.
The receiver is kept on.
Hoping for a successful awakening for another set of assignments!
Else, it will forever stay there as India's lunar ambassador.
Congratulations, ISRO! ๐๐
