Common themes I have taken away from #elevatEd2018 are: 1-Give students opportunity and access to close the achievement gap. 2-We have normalized blaming discipline for kids’ lack of success. 3-My personal biases perpetuate the discipline problems. 4-We have a ton of work to do!
