2. China has no plan to bring in large numbers of workers from Africa or the Middle East.
3. It also encourages more births, extends retirement age and improves workers' skills.
@Nationalist737 Yes. TSMC runs factories in mainland China, but they only produce mature chips (12nm/16nm/28nm).
Advanced chips below 7nm are not manufactured here, due to relevant US tech restrictions.Recently, Huawei has released new technologies that may achieve 1.4nm in the future
