@FlyFrontier y’all change my nonstop flight to one that has a layover that makes my travel time 14.5 hours and won’t allow free cancellations...I get a credit and I’m expected to rebook within 90 days AHAHAH that’s what we get for booking a cheap airline y’all suck

@Chase why aren’t y’all assisting people with new bookings? Wouldn’t work online so I called and was told I cannot he helped. I get you have to help people with cancellations/rebookings but doesn’t my $550 yearly fee make me a valued customer too
