@SouthwestAir if I’d had known that giftcards have an expiration I would have never requested them. The fact that this company is not more transparent on how they work is wrong and now my hundreds of dollars are trash. Thanks

@SouthwestAir it states that SW giftcards never expire. So how come when I book a flight with one it doesn’t follow the same rules as all the other forms of payment when booking? You should think hard about extending the same benefits to GC holders that everyone else gets. (Cont)
