@BarclaysUK app isn't working for payments (error code), web appears to work and payment success messages and account balance reduced, but few minutes later balance as before and payment not gone.

Any idea when the issues will be resolved and whether these payments have gone?

@AldiUK I’ve sent this privately so you can pass this to the Area Manager and take action. Heard the duty manager on the phone, I believe to the GM, and seemed to be being instructed to leave it as is.

@AldiUK at the store (Bath Rd, Calcot, Reading RG30 2HB) currently and told security guard that the fire exit is blocked. He said it was deliberate due to shoplifting. I spoke to the duty manager and explained why this is serious and illegal. Still there 🤯
