Day 10 vs Day 1 — The Journey of Swachha App

The journey of the Swachha App began on 1st June, with its launch across 10 municipalities in West Bengal receiving an encouraging response from citizens right from day one.

What’s started with only 72 complaints on Day 1 , today on 10th Day , on 10th June - we have:
✅ 1,238 complaints registered out of which
✅ 1,014 complaints resolved

This marks an important step towards realizing our vision of a cleaner, more beautiful, and better-managed West Bengal.

Active citizen participation, combined with the effective use of technology, will further strengthen this mission and help us build cleaner and healthier urban spaces.
