Also 1999 was planned to be a bigger update but was split in half(techrot encore) for dev reasons.

A "deafening" status effect unique to her would be so cool. Maybe it could greatly reduce enemy accuracy or something. Or buff her when an enemy affected by it dies.

She has one of the best cc abilities in the game and a frankly excessive damage buff which causes people to cope that she's ok. But her usage stats say otherwise.
Imo DE should pull a valkyr and add a whole new mechanic to her passive. Something to make her interesting to play.
