Some people are saying to ban social media for under 16 yr olds but it all depends on the individual and how sensitive or mature they are as some kids especially if socially awkward can communicate better with friends online than in person & for some youngsters it stops boredom

I felt sorry for Adam in I’m a Celebrity but he did overreact too , did he deserve to win maybe just about, but glad he stayed after the trial with Jimmy, he shouldn’t have gone then, but maybe should have left shortly after that, I think he was right to be angry but not so much
