@MeganFoxWriter I have this problem frequently. I’ve started making what I can and if nobody eats it, they don’t eat. I would try burger patties w/some quick gravy and some fried potatoes if you have them. Maybe do some buttered toast on the side.

For those of you interested in my take on the Tyler Robinson defense brief, they are arguing more or less what I predicted they would argue in light of what evidence was presented. I went through it on my Day 5 recap show here:

From my perspective, there is nothing unpredictable about these arguments. The defense has done a very comprehensive legal review of the limitations of the death penalty aggravator. It is not likely to win with Judge Graf, who will defer to probable cause being a low standard and the jury being the decider of the facts, but it's exactly the kind of argument about pure legal principle that may appeal to a reviewing judge down the road.

It's also not surprising that the defense isn't disputing the State's evidence because they didn't raise any challenge to it at the hearing (other than the general hearsay objection). There's no basis for them to argue that evidence is unreliable or fabricated because they didn't elicit any facts in the hearing to suggest it was. This doesn't mean they are conceding authenticity or foundation or any other argument that goes to its admissibility at trial. It just means that if there were significant factual discrepancies about the authenticity of the evidence and the inferences that can be drawn from it - such as the timing of the Discord messages or whether the guy on camera looks like someone totally different from Tyler - we would have expected to already hear about that during the hearing because they go to one of the elements of the crime - Tyler's identity as the perpetrator.

Everything that we are seeing remains consistent with what you expect from a defense team who realizes that fact defenses are a long shot and focuses their resources, and their credibility, on the battles they think they can win - if not today, then at least over the decades-long time horizon of a typical capital case.
