Customer care numbers not reachable and chat bot on the site not responding too.
Attending to customers needs should be of utmost priority.
Please resolve as quick as you can.

I am on a band A, but of late, I've bn getting power supplies 4 lesser hours than normal.
I hope that next time I wish to get a token, my band should have been downgraded.
@IkejaElectric I wonder when we will develop to a stage where the system outage notice will include estimated time to restore power.
I'm sure this will go a long way to help people planning since we all know system outages will always happen in the country.
