@manmadefamine i lost 6 lbs in a week doing liquid fasting. i was drinking plant based milks and coffee for energy and stayed below 500 cals every day. it felt lighter and my hunger wasn’t that bad because liquids are filling. i wouldn’t suggest tho bc it was painful (bodily)
