So, which is it? The best and brightest or only the best and brightest white people and exclude everyone else.

It doesn't mater if it is 1 death or a million. It is still people dying because a foreign nation told the President to go attack.

Since they wouldn't be beholden to the body of laws and the system in place to uphold those laws. You know, JURISDICTION.

@ObserverNyx @factpostnews Except for Medicare is strictly a federal program. It is part of the Social Security Act. Amendment to that of 1965. The Constitution strictly states that any federal law supersedes State Law.

And people do pay for Medicare via taxes. Every working person pays them.

People could still immigrate to the US along with being able to work.
