Don't be a single thing.
Do kickboxing one day, guitar the next.
Read poems and textbooks.
Climb rocks. Bake bread. Study the stars.

3 powerful algorithms for automating chart patterns in trading.
Even the best traders can't watch every market 24/7,
But these algorithms can.
Here's how they work:

1/ On How Many Tokens You Have Left
You can notice changes in your visual environment in about 12 to 20 milliseconds (1/1,000th of a second).
It is why monitors that refresh 60x/second are pretty smooth and by 90-120x/second, they are in good shape
Its no coincidence that people operating on heuristics back from pre gold standard economics where money was more sound stopped working once governments started mass printing
With sound money - markets crash downwards
With weak money - markets crash upwards
How do I test a strategy without any portfolio optimization or even forecasting?

The higher the complexity of the strategy, the more manual adjustments you'll have to make.
This is why me and my friend @GoshawkTrades help traders turn their strategy ideas into code.
If you have ideas you can't test, feel free to reach out to him directly, or to me.

How to trade when the market has "already pumped".

By subtracting the amount of buy orders by the amount of sell orders, we calculate the delta over the time period.
Using volume delta, we can gauge buyer/seller control.
Great for understand how strong a trend is or possible trend reversal.
"Independent Signals",
Meaning uncorrelated predictive signals is the key.
If the Quant king himself is unable to find the golden strategy,
I think this answers the question on if you need one holy grail strategy,
Or a portfolio of strategies.
Here's a thread on this topic:
If you have a job and see an opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow your career,
Don't.
Instead, stay under the radar. Take every minute of extra time you have and build your own thing.
Build leverage. Something that works for you and compounds for you.
This is what smart people do—and I wasn't one of them. They spend their time "growing" out of their jobs and building their own future.
I understand this is some anti-coaching. I would have given you the opposite advice a couple of years ago. But I don't believe in building somebody else's future anymore.
