去年我在 X Layer 上赚过钱，所以对这条链一直印象不错。

这条链优点太多了，链上的标的少，PVP 少。官方反应快，遇到问题愿意直接沟通。再加上背后有 OKX，无论是资金、用户还是交易所资源，X Layer 的想象空间都不算小。

大链、小链我都玩过。站在一个普通玩家的角度，我一直觉得，X Layer 缺的不是背景，而是一个真正把生态和流量做起来的机会。我不太敢说自己是来“建设”的，因为“建设”这个词在 X 链好像已经成了某个代币的专属用词了。别人做产品、带资金、带用户可能都不算建设吧。

我希望 X Layer 能做大，希望这里出现更多资金、更多项目。正因为如此，看到有人把所有新项目都叫作“阴谋盘”，把没有支持 XDOG 的活动都说成内幕，把不同意见者都骂成舔官方，我很难认同。

一 “我们拿了一年、建设了一年，还不够资格提意见吗？”

当然有资格提意见。任何社区成员都有。

但有资格提意见，不等于官方必须采纳；持有时间长，也不等于项目天然应该进入活动榜单。

否则以后所有项目都可以这么说：
我持有得更久，所以资源应��给我
我亏得更多，所以官方欠我
我骂得更凶，所以我更有资格代表社区

Meme 不是论资排辈，不是谁持有得久、亏得多，谁就天然拥有官方支持。

一个 Meme 能不能起来，看的是传播、情绪、筹码结构、流动性和市场共识。BOME三天上币安不是MEME了？SOL 速通盘这么多不是MEME了？社区只是其中一部分，而且社区声音大，不代表市场一定买单。

既然要讨论 Meme，就不能只谈信仰，不谈筹码；只谈建设，不谈资金。

只谈自己坚持了一年，不谈市场为什么一年后依然没有给出更高估值？

市场不是道德评选，官方活动也不是苦劳补偿大会。

二 “我就想问问徐明星，还记不记得去年说过的话！”

你发推了，我来了，我亏了。

市场最常见的误区，就是把创始人的一次互动理解成长期背书，再把市场表现不及预期理解成官方背叛。点赞、转发或表达看好等于官方与持币者签下了无限期托底协议吗？

昨天币安链又吐痰 “人生好物” 出一堆币，第一个发射的高点200K 现价8K 亏的人骂人家何一去？人理你吗？也就是在 X 链，大家才会觉得只要盯着官方骂，就有可能得到回应，自己想想吧。

三 “我在 X Layer 什么都没有的时候进来，建设一年，亏了 14 万美元。”

还是我来了，我建设了，我亏了。

建设不等于必须成功，更不等于官方必须支持。

买入一个币，在群里发言，每天转推，然后等待官方给资源。价格涨了，是社区建设成功；价格没涨，就是官方不作为。世上哪有这么稳赚不赔的建设？

市场上每天都有团队写代码、做产品、拉用户，最后依然失败。投入不保证回报，努力也不保证成功，这才是创业和投资的常态。

小孩哥不努力？他敢说TAPEOUT一定能成功？这么多跟着建设的人，TAPEOUT一定能成功？不成功���都去骂小孩哥？再骂一遍支持他的人？

如果“建设”就必须获得官方支持，那所有建设失败的项目是不是都可以围攻官方？谁骂得最凶，谁就能获得活动名额？谁亏得最多，谁就能要求生态补偿？

一旦官方因为谩骂和施压而改变资源分配，真正受到鼓励的就不是建设，而是闹事。

今天 XDOG 靠骂获得支持，明天会有十个项目用同样的方法逼官方站队。最后所有项目都不做产品，只研究怎么组织社区冲官方评论区。

这才是对生态最坏的示范。

买入 Meme 本身是高风险投资。盈利时不会有人主动把收益交给官方，亏损了就是我一直支持过生态。合着官方欠你人情债？

四 “傻逼官方不作为！ 链上生态无起色，只有靠活动冲上去的数据报表！”

现在有一句很搞笑的话：“OKX大小活动都要被骂”。看到这个你们建设了一年不觉得讽刺吗？

一个活动你看看���人官方，给人ZAKK骂的吧，我真服了。MEME交易赛，你想啥呢？是不是官方态度在转变？是不是拿出资源支持 Meme？嗯？回答我！

投资者为什么要进入一个充满谩骂的环境？

投资者、开发者和新项目愿意带着资金、用户与产品进来，本来是在扩大整个生态。结果刚进门，就因为没有支持某个本地项目，被一群人围着骂“内幕”“垃圾”“阴谋”。

那别人为什么还要来？

没有任何投资者会因为某个社区资格老、持仓久，就主动把资源和流量让给它。投资者看的是机会、回报和环境。一个生态如果容不下竞争，任何新项目出现都会被既有社区围攻，最终只会把资金和开发者赶走。

到时候 XDOG 可能赢得了骂战，X Layer 却失去了增量。

有人把这种攻击叫作“维护社区利益”。可对外来项目来说，他们看到的只会是一个排外、情绪化，而且随时可能被围攻的投��环境。

一个生态连新项目都容不下，还谈什么发展？

五 “这才是真正的Meme 如果只是来XLayer的人多了就能看见你，这不是文化，是流量分发！”

这是最荒唐的说法，我是真正的meme，你们都不是。合着这么多Meme，高低市值的都是假meme是吧？

Meme 从来不是一成不变的。

从这一轮受到关注的 RWA Meme，Agent 叙事再到现在的 TAPEOUT 叙事，Meme 一直在结合新技术、新玩法和新的传播方式向前发展。

其他项目在尝试新的叙事，做产品、做工具、带来新的用户和资金。项目最后能不能成功是另一回事，至少它们在探索新的可能。这才是更值得认可的建设，而不是拿着一个代币熬够一年，就要求官方永远把资源留给自己。

如果一条公链只能容纳一个 Meme，只能接受一个社区，只能把活动资源给一个老项目，那这条链的高度也就被这个项目的现有高度锁死了。

XDOG 已经运行了一年。它今天的市值、交易量、持币人数和外部影响力，就是现阶段市场给出的结果。

是市场没有发现它？还是共识筑底阶段，等待起飞拉爆所有质疑之人？

如果 XDOG 真有强大的生命力，就应该允许更多项目进入，接受同一套市场检验。真正有共识的 Meme 不怕竞争，更不需要靠排斥其他项目证明自己是唯一，而不是把所有竞争对手都叫阴谋盘。

六 最后

XDOG 社区可以表达不满，但“我拿得久”“我亏得多”“我建设过”，都不是要求官方持续输送资源的理由。更不是逮着官方，逮着别的社区别的项目，明里破口大骂，暗里冷嘲热讽的借口。

社区可以有情绪，市场没有义务照顾情绪。把所有新项目骂成阴谋盘，把所有不同意见者骂成舔官方，再要求所有人相信这是“Meme 精神”，恐怕很难。

5/ Positioning

Price is $0.55. If compute is the asset of the decade and Pearl is the only PoUW chain with real hashrate and a live inference product, this is top 10 short term. I think 100x from here is the base case. 1000x isn't crazy. Yeah I said it.

Skin in the game: 300k+ $PRL spot sitting on SafeTrade. Not touching it.

Problem is spot only means every time I want to add I'm wiring in more money. I wanted leverage on the same idea without selling a coin. Couldn't find a perp for months. Finally found one on @margin_trade. Actually works, actually smooth, and they have tokenized stocks on there too so I can trade my RWA stuff in the same account.

Liq is thin, not gonna lie. So no degen 20x into an empty book. Decent margin, size I can hold, adding on red days. Building now not after the pump.

1/ My thesis for Pearl @prlnet

Compute is the best asset of the next 20 years. Not gold, not real estate, not BTC. Every dollar of AI capex on earth is a bid for matmul. Pearl is the only chain where the hashrate IS matmul.

BTC hash is a SHA-256 guess. Compute it, throw it away, useless outside mining.

Pearl hash is a matrix multiply. The same op under every LLM training run and inference call. Hash the result into a commitment, wrap it in a zk proof, chain verifies it cheap. Proof of Useful Work. The real unit isn't H/s, it's teramatmul per second.

30 EH/s is roughly 100k to 250k consumer GPUs. 5090 does ~309 TH/s, 4090 ~155, 3090 ~90. That's a mid-size AI datacenter, spread across the world, securing a chain. Tell me that's not sexier than a warehouse of ASICs that can only do one thing.

4/ The miner math, and why it's bullish

24h emissions divided by network hashrate gives ~0.03 PRL per TH/s per day. A 5090 nets ~10 PRL a day. At current price that's a few dollars gross, about $1.20 in power. Margin is thin.

Thin miner margin means:

Dilution from new hashrate is slowing. The marginal miner is already at breakeven.

A 5090 earns about the same mining PRL as renting on Vast or RunPod, so the floor under hashrate isn't power cost, it's AI rental yield.

Any move up gets amplified. Miners with real optionality flip back instantly.

The standard "hashrate up means price up" is backwards. Price leads, hashrate follows. But hashrate holding stable while price sits 20× below April miner revenue tells you the supply side has already been washed out. Whoever was going to capitulate mostly did.
