It is so exciting to follow the interesting projects the team Kokoon is working on 🙌💚👏✨👌

Kokoon Mauritania
Kokoon Mauritania phase 1 involves the establishment of an office in Nouakchott, the nations capital, creating an emergency clinic for the local people, the construction of our Luxury Health Resort comprising 1000 suites, an extensive training facility comprising 20 multi-sports pitches, training and employment for 12,000 local people, building sufficient water desalination and solar power capacity for self sufficiency, housing for our employees, and transforming the surrounding areas into beautiful green parks.
We have started the process to establish the company Kokoon Mauritania and have identified the land we require for the main development. The process of securing this land is well underway. Additionally we have found the ideal location in the main street of Nouakchott for the centre of our operations in Africa, and taken the first steps to purchase this building. Adjacent to this is the perfect site for Kokoon Clinic Nouakchott, one of the 300 clinics planned worldwide.
Based on our strengthening collaboration with the government of Mauritania and the success of phase 1, our development projected over 20 years has the potential to expand quickly to include industry, mining, agriculture, 2 more hotels, accommodation for all employees and ultimately, open up Mauritania to be a major centre of economic prosperity in Africa, and the world.
