Mary Sue Bloopers!

Directing an AI film is a lot like directing actors and working with a cinematographer.

People think you type a prompt and out pops a movie. That's not how it works.

You provide a prompt and reference images/videos/audio to generate a take. It's not right. You adjust and go again. And again. And again.

With traditional filmmaking, you talk to the actors to adjust performance and the cinematographer to adjust lighting/camera, but everything else about the shot basically stays the same. You don't have to worry about telling the potted plant on the table to stay put.

With AI filmmaking, it's not just the performance and the camera that change. Everything in the frame can change on the next generation. You get a perfect performance in a room that won't cut with the other shots. Or a gorgeous camera move with a character saying the other character's lines.

For every minute of Mary Sue you see, there are about 12 you don't.

Here are some of my favorite failed generations.

Instead of supporting this, go Support actual animated films like Forgotten Island or Wildwood that is in a few weeks.

Those actually deserve your attention!

Donald Trump confirms he asked FIFA to review Folarin Balogun’s red card:

“Yes, I asked for a review by FIFA. I spoke to a man who’s highly respected… I’m the one that got them to do it. It was not Biden — Biden was asleep.”

Very sad and disappointing to see Mizuki and Domina + some very neglected heroes like Zarya and Ball not getting any love in S2. Hopefully there are some surprises...
New heroes having empty gallery and only selected ones getting shop skins is not it.
