Delayed baggage and no response, absolute nightmare. I landed in Mumbai on 20th December at 6:15 am. I had a flight from Paris (CDG) on 19th December with a transit in Abu Dhabi (AUH). My luggage was missing at the Mumbai Airport. @etihad

@etihad @EtihadHelp do you plan to ignore your customers and run away from your mistakes? Absolutely horrible. Over 72 hours since I’ve arrived and there’s no news about the delayed baggage.
