@British_Airways The worst of this, I can still see it is at the airport at Gibraltar because I've accidently left my mobile in there. But no matter how many emails I have sent and how many more British Airways planes left since it was not loaded into my plane it's still there

@British_Airways Huh, wish I was never on that plane. My backpack that was checked in never arrived to Heathrow and I still haven't got it. I've filled the delayed baggage report at the airport and sent two emails and still nothing.
