I got the same reply from your team saying I have to go to home branch to collect the documents. In this pandemic situation can't Bajjaj team help me out and still want me to take risk of traveling to other state when therek is travel restriction.

Carefull with this no. 9748806517 it's fraud. When I posted request with Bajaj I got call from this no, asked me to download bajaj app, TeamViewer support and provide access to him. I refused it & disconnected. Name he gave was Pradeep Kumar Choudry.

As committed by you, my original documents were supposed to be shipped to your local branch at Bangalore where I cleared the loan amounts. I received a call from Chennai asking me to collect it from home branch. Why there is a change now after a month

@Bajaj_Finserv finding is very difficult and uncomfortable to get you guys on phone. The call goes on auto selection menu and once selected to speak to a agent, it goes on waiting music and automatically gets disconnected.

Seriously it's a pain.
