@NYNXll can this tv (and your gamecube i guess) also do digital out? i recently tried using progressive scan over interlaced on a og wii the other day and the picture quality difference is stark, i wish i cared about it more at the time lol
@Express_Rat@Moni_Salado if you die during certain org 13 fights, you can temporarily play as mickey and use his react command to rez sora, usually people see it the first time when fighting xaldin in the beauty and the beast world
@thomaslover66 That era was hella rough, but it was weatherable. If you didn't have all of your eggs in one basket, I daresay it was at least 'enough'. Those lessons still gave us Nintendo Switch today and Nintendo is all the better for it.
@thomaslover66 AC: Amiibo Festival, but often in between that you had spontaneous hidden gems like Kid Icarus Uprising, Wonderful 101, Fire Emblem Awakening/Fates, and Pikmin 3.
If you ultimately liked what you played in that oddball generation, then that's all that matters.
@thomaslover66 I thought the releases at this time were incredibly slow, but Nintendo at the time was never about 'this is our mainline console for our best franchises' - you got a mix of both on their handhelds and their home consoles. The Wii U I felt had a lot of dogshit, like -
@thomaslover66 We did. The 3DS quite literally substituted the gap in between the Wii U's heavy hitters. The glimmer of hope moment was when Mario Kart 8 dropped.
@joeydanna ngl I voluntarily installed 8 on my gaming pc at the time and the OS ripped. I loved the charms bar, and the search was the most functional version yet
no, metro was not good for the keyboard and mouse desktop, but if you werent allergic to change, it was otherwise very usable
