Cyberpyschosis is the the video game doesn't really show the full extent and its treatment— getting therapy actually helps regain one's sense of self though it takes a bit of time.

In cyberpunk red a person's limit 'humanity' is their empathy. If they have low empathy on top of cyberware will never be kinda stuck that way. Weak is more than likely a lawman, and they generally have low human empathy do to the amount of stuff they get put into them, the same with solos.
