@CryptoD4n @DeathyDL My guess for why they’re not adding that stuff is that the purpose of a beta is to gather as much data as possible. When you start limiting heros (via draft) and separating queues between ranked/unranked you’re not getting enough data. Player base doesn’t meet data demand yet

He tried doing that through three years of negotiating with Illinois and had no choice. He negotiated with a state to build a city 20 minutes from the border and succeeded. He’s built a winning culture too.

The blame is almost entirely on the state. I can almost guarantee you if they put it to a tax payer vote, the tax payers would say use the money to keep the bears.
