Currently you load into a normal game and you are queuing with people who either:

1. Want to try hard to win
2. Don't care as much and are queueing to just play

Either player is fine, but combining them is pretty bad since neither really wants the other on the team

@DeathyDL Yea, been taking a break for like a month.

Things I think we need:
- Ranked + Unranked separated queues (So people can queue with friends properly, I think this will fix some of the MM issues)
- Draft then added to ranked

These are like 100% guaranteed for launch, why not test.
