it's 2026 and I can't use my airline travel credit online but instead have to be on the phone with a customer service booking (~30 min and counting) like we are working with a travel agent. How vintage.
PS my app also hasn't worked in 2 days (it's updated)
@AskCapitalOne I am currently unable to access a Priority Pass lounge that you advertise on your app. Not only is this extremely inconvenient it’s also a burden to my guests. Please let me know immediately how you will remediate this mistake.

@Uber and @lyft I’ve been asked by drivers multiple times whether I can pay them off the app since apparently what they receive from you guys are half what customers pay
@Microsoft support is rly embarrassing 😢 tech didn’t understand my problem, gave me a link that didn’t work, tried to invade my privacy, and in this time I ended up haphazardly googling the solution
@UPS Even with buffer time UPS fails to deliver 😩 Day 1. delivery delayed by "weather" (it was sunny) 2. "Delivery attempted & notice left" (nobody rang door bell and no notice seen) 3. Rep "requested" the local facility will deliver my package in an hour (no delivery or calls)
