Please can someone help me with this phone network 4 weeks of this now ! No service, phones cutting in and out no 3G

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone on live chat today but it’s so frustrating as I can’t get service no where now, it’s just no bars, when it has bars my phone is cutting out and no one can hear me, I re set my network, taken the sun out and back in and still nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport never had a bad service for 3 but the last 2 weeks been disgusting! I have no service on my phone unless I am on WIFI. No one has even told me about this issues until I messaged in over a week ago, I still don’t have service! I need my phone for medical emergency
