ATTENTION:NEED HELP #FLORIDAMENTALHEALTH NEEDS FIXED. WELL, After 20 yrs of being in the Army, I didn’t want to take the pills they had me on. I stopped taking them( stupid idea). After 23 days, I went manic. After the cops broke my ribs and stayed in the hospital for 48 hours(no longer MANIC, I was BAKER ACTED. At the time, I was ACTIVE Duty Army. They HELD ME FOR 7 days against my will. Do I have a case. They let you go if you don’t have insurance, keep you if you have TRICARE.
