ok last thoughts. i won’t be mad at the ben/harriet/xander love triangle IF it means harriet has to practice everything on ben before trying it on xander. like the first 200 pages is her wondering why it’s so much easier to flirt and kiss ben than it is to do it with xander…

my ideal burn bright is 800 pages, 400 when benharriet first arrive at mvu them becoming besties and then a big fight. the next 400 pages is them in 2 years reuniting, the angst of harriet actually wanting to be in a relationship with ben. 4 years later med school/nhl epilogue
