@FirstBSA twice this week I’ve gone to catch the 8.43 7 to the centre and both times it’s flown past me while crossing the road at 8.38. Are they not supposed to wait if they’re that ahead of schedule?

@FirstBSA It’s not run properly on a morning since the last timetable change so I’m sure t’ll be its usual 10 minutes late again next week, so I won’t bother leaving any earlier than my usual 5 mins before it’s due! 😂

@SP_EnergyPeople when will your app and website be back online! I’ve been trying to log on for days! The app says I’m in a queue, the website says it’s sent me an email to verify that never turns up. Neither say they are down due to maintenance?

@FirstBSA The issue this morning must have been that the journey took less time than expected then? Hence the bus leaving the stop before it was due. It was fine for me as I can walk to the 42/43 route but many people don’t have that option
