This has been debated in Iowa since she made these laws. You don’t need a permit to buy. You don’t need a permit to SELL. You don’t need a permit to carry.

1. Make it illegal for anyone under 18 to buy a gun-UNLESS they have parental permission.
2. You do not need a permit to carry. Anywhere.
3. You do not need a permit to purchase a gun.
