I think it's time to move on from this topic. The guy has lost his job, respect in the society, his family and neighbours are ashamed and embarrassed, he can't step out of his house, there is an FIR on him. Enough now!!! If his name was Shreyas Pawar, he would have been sent to 15 days of judicial custody under various BNS sections instead of being sent on 15 days’ leave for the same crime.
As a medico and a strong believer in the second chance principle, I feel that the punishment for the same crime should be a 3-year suspension, irrespective of gender.
