@badjulio @MountainRoche For brain focus they work. Been taking them every morning & have been focused for work and I have more energy. Haven’t been able to test them for training/recovery yet since I’m recovering from busting my knee. I also seem to need less sleep as I am waking rested before my alarm

@zeromonkeypox @JWLevitt Hamas have tried to distance themselves from organizations like the Taliban and ISIS, while trying to control its citizens in the same ways; banning music, books and trying to enforce hijab in Gaza and the west bank.

@zeromonkeypox @JWLevitt Hamas is a terrorist organization that uses and hurts its own citizens. The Palestinians are prisoners themselves of Hamas...if not why hasn't Hamas allowed any elections in Gaza since 2006?

@JWLevitt People forget it’s Hamas that openly states they want to eliminate Jews as does Iran. Yes there are a few extremist Israelis that teach their kids to hate Palastinians but that is not the norm. Only one side leads with hate the desire to eliminate the other and that is Hamas

@JWLevitt Hamas knows this and plays up the fact and it only hurts Palestinians. We have been the targets of being wiped off the map and as a Jew we will do what we must to survive.

@JWLevitt I also want to mention that I have Palestinian friends & have stayed as a guest of Arab families in the region. The truth is the Palestinian's in Gaza are victims of Hamas. Hamas uses them for protection & play on the fact that Israel cannot ignore and not respond to attacks

@Vis_Viva @emilykmay Yep. The original post said they looked more adult, not older. The fact that we can and do dress like "college students", surf/ski bums (basically wear what used to be only acceptable in the gym at the beach etc) is a part of it.

@just_juanie If you are taking a service dog of any sort you should be in the exit row with room for the dog in front of you or have an extra seat for it. For true service dogs this should be accommodated by the airlines or for emotional support paid for by the customer.
