🛑 El acoso escolar no es una parte natural del proceso de crecimiento. Es una forma de violencia que afecta profundamente el bienestar de niñas, niños y adolescentes.

Una burla, una exclusión o incluso un mensaje en redes sociales pueden convertir el entorno escolar en un espacio inseguro.

En el Día Internacional contra el Acoso Escolar, hacemos un llamado a la conciencia y acción colectiva:
- Escuchemos con empatía.
- Actuemos con responsabilidad.
- Promovamos el respeto.

Toda escuela debe ser un espacio donde se pueda aprender, jugar y soñar con libertad. 
Desde la Unidad para la Prevención Comunitaria de la Violencia (UPCV), reiteramos nuestro compromiso con la promoción de una convivencia escolar libre de violencia.

There is nothing more obvious to me than that happiness starts with accountability. my life is happy because I think everything in my life is my fault all of it it is the most liberating truth of all time. of course I'm logically understanding that there's other people that there's other variables that there's things I don't control but, I'm completely in control to what I do.

We suck currently at accountability, suck at it, and for a lot of people it's the answer to the trivia question when you actually understand it, it's actually fundamentally true.  you are capable of doing anything you, are capable of firing your employees you, you are capable of breaking up in your relationship, you are capable of moving to another town another country, you are capable of selling your home and downgrading your home to a smaller home so you're always not tight on money. you are capable of all of it but, we don't like that we like to blame all our problems.

Many are missing out on happiness because they choose blame, envy, jealousy and non responsibility as their emotional weapons of choice. When you choose accountability your life gets so much better ! So much ❤️
