@jonimitchell @brandicarlile I am not sure that artists have a lot of choice in managing large events, but this process was challenging (never got in to eligible pre-sales on this side). I do think eventually we need to look at companies that profit off of the secondary market managing the primary market.

@hollylottie88 I tried to get pre-sale yesterday. @Ticketmaster finally told me to update the app in the second sale attempt. Then they were all sold out that day when I got all the tech sorted. I even put my credit card in ahead of time today!

Really wanted to see @jonimitchell couldn't even access section tickets, all sold out by 5 min. Almost got lawn tickets, but then they sold out <15 min. How many bots are buying all the tickets and reselling for exorbitant prices? The @Ticketmaster app is also so difficult. #sad
