The management would like to address the following regarding our artist, HORI7ON.

We do not condone the spread of false information and malicious and defamatory comments concerning our artist. We would like to remind everyone that creating or spreading fabricated rumors, defamatory comments, posts, or videos of an individual constitutes illegal activity and is punishable by law.

Last July 10, screenshots of private conversations were posted on the Instagram stories of our artist, Kyler. This has caused great stress to our artists’ well-being and turmoil among the community of Anchors, who have been supporting the members since their debut. The management would like to inform everyone that we are aware of the situation, and we are handling the matter with the involved parties privately. We are taking the necessary legal actions to ensure that such incidents do not happen again and involved parties are litigiously pursued.

Regarding our artist's official Instagram account, MLD Entertainment and Kyler himself are removing association from his past individual account and will be making a new one, namely h7nkyler, to be effective immediately.

We strongly urge individuals to refrain from producing and spreading such harmful content that attempts to undermine and damage the character and reputation of our artists and to exercise due caution to avoid any potential legal consequences.

There have been several instances of violations of HORI7ON members’ privacy, including illegally obtaining their private information to contact them or spreading acrimonious rumors, causing extreme stress and anxiety for the members. Certain members recently had their privacy violated, and moving forward, the management will enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any activities, including but not limited to leaking private contact information and stalking.

We will remain committed to doing what we can to safeguard the rights and interests of our artists.
