Hi @AffinityWater I just submitted a meter reading in "My Account" and indicated it as "Moving Home"...is this all I need to do for moving out of my property? The "Moving Home" section makes it seem like I need way more details. A bit confused here. Help!

Their "automated" system isn't fit for purpose and can't perform what they promise on their site.

@Ryanair thanks for leaving me still waiting on the gift card I bought for my mum for Christmas. I paid for it this morning and still haven’t got it, when you do it all it says you’ll receive it in 15minutes which is a lie. Then customer service says it can be 24hrs lovely 🤦♂️

@askryanair hi all dont have anywhere else to go as the online query process has nothing for vouchers. Purchased a substantial evoucher yesterday and have not recieved email confirmation or the recipient has not recieved the evoucher. I have of course been charged. Please help.
As predicted I have a reply from the complaints/query post via email and it's a bot telling me "we are having trouble classifying your support request". Can a human please respond. The reply bots work and the invoiving works but the evoucher generation not. Not good. @askryanair
@DPDgroup_news Ah yes...another bot response. Excellent. I've already chatted to the UK bots on the DM portal for DPD UK and I have only been given the option to deliver Monday. This is not good enough.
Second day in a row and DPD never rang the door bell or call then proceeded to leave a missed delivery notification. Now I don't have material for a work conference tomorrow. Absolute disgrace. @DPDgroup_news is there anyone human there at all to help?
