Well, we're 0 for 3 dealing with Lowe's Home Improvement. Do not recommend. 1st delivery attempted on 7-14. Refrigerator gasket missing. Second attempted delivery today on 7-16. Today, sold different fridge with different model #. Don't recommend @Lowes contact me

Same price but reviews are absolutely abysmal for what I was sold. Highly, highly recommend not dealing with the Harriman Tennessee or North Peter's Rd Knoxville Tennessee locations. At least for appliances. Can't get a refund to buy elsewhere, it's BS

@lowes Waited for a refund from the 1st fridge to buy the 2nd one, had to be a gift card because WTF, Lowe's Home Improvement doesn't have any cash it had to be a gift card, OK. But now when I looked at the receipt it doesn't match the model # on the fridge I was shown

Found one the salesman showed me for $200 more. Looked at the price tag and looked at reviews of the fridge based on the model #, and really just looked at the model # because I was in a hurry and frustrated and trying to get back to work.

+ the additional sale of spend over $1,000 and get an additional $100 off. So what was a $2,299 fridge before extended warranty and delivery fee wound up being $1,493 delivered. Went back today as they requested and couldn't find anything within the price I spent.

Was contacted by the delivery center of this region who delivers the appliances to be told they have found multiple of these missing the gasket and in my best interest to pick a different model. Now I'm screwed. Bought during the 4th of July sale at 40% off

@lowes Refrigerator gasket missing. Second attempted delivery was today on 7-16. Asked and was told they would unpack and inspect Refrigerator before delivery to ensure it was in good order, they did not. Gasket also missing (probably an issue at this point if 2 for 2)
