AI is getting more and more pushed down our throats, and it's getting harder and harder to know what is AI and what isn't. It's scary - however, I believe that the people who matter will spend their time seeking out actual human art, making art so valuable these days, and the years ahead of us.
Learning skills is more important than it has ever been, because a shit load of people have *stopped* learning because AI just does everything for them. That means that those who spend their time learning new skills will be greatly rewarded a few years from now, there will be a much smaller pool of competent people compared to the previous decades.
Pick up that instrument. Go make a game. Pick up that paint brush. It has been a long time since it has been as important as it is now.
The people who don't care, the people who just consumes AI slop because they could not give a shit, they are not people you want around you anyway. They are not the people you want to enjoy your art. Real art is currently drowning in AI slop, but we will find ways to sort the real deal from the garbage.
Just keep creating.
I hate asking for help, but i am completely out of options and am already having thoughts of canceling my subscription for life. Any and all help is so greatly appreciated. 🥺🙏

Things are getting exciting in the speedrunning comp. The runners were speculating that a 28:40-ish run would be possible, and then someone randomly drops that they have a 27:44 run ready, believing that sub-27 is possible. Very excited to see that run when it's uploaded.
Working with Digiphile has been one of the highlights of 2025. They really care about their work. And, the amount of people who now own a copy of our game has significantly increased.
Last chance to grab yourself the imsim bundle:
Less than one week left until the competition is over! There are still improvements to be done, anyone can be the winner of $350.
And even if you don't win, I promise you'll have fun speedrunning this game!
