@tiredxwitch I just feel like this highlights how stark and disconnected from our culture and ancestry in the west. Which is also why healing is SOO hyper focused on-and marketed- we have a lot to heal from here lmao. But I agree- that isn’t necessarily the purpose or goal of all practices

@tiredxwitch It reminds me like… the magical perspectives traditions have used to view life have been deprioritized by modern western culture. So it makes sense to me why people may take up similar new practices and feel a sense of healing even if it’s just connecting to a magical view.
