As i journal this evening, I'm astonished how simplicity and data has upped my game and brought me to new levels in such a short space of time.

I went back through my journal of last year and compared it to what look and wait for before taking a trade and I'm astonished how complex i actually made it for myself.

It's a learning curve and I'm not saying it's a waste of time but, this is why when i sit and take a moment to myself just to see the progress I've made I'm extremely grateful.
