Me after one glass of raw milk:
Pluto has moved into Aquarius today.
The world is now under the same energy that gave way to the formation of the Illuminati, the founding of the USA and the French Revolution
All PROFOUNDLY influential events that have dictated the narrative for 250 years.

Alexander the Great became King of Macedon at 20
he defeated the Persian King Darius in battle at 23.
after that battle,
Darius offered Alexander half of the known world and his daughter's hand in marriage.
this is like a 23 year old being offered $200 billion by Elon Musk AND marriage into the Rothschild family.
you won't be THE MOST powerful man in the world, but you've made it, right?
Alexander, along with Darius, would have equally been the most powerful men on Earth. they would co-rule the WORLD together.
the only problem he had with that sentence was "along with Darius".
Alexander at this point could have retired, raised a family, etc.
he would've been the richest man in all of Greece.
but for Alexander,
being the wealthiest man in Greece was not enough.
being remembered as a great general was not enough.
being co-emperor of the ENTIRE WORLD was not enough.
his goal was to be King of the Universe, and nothing less would do.
he turned down Darius' offer,
picked up his shield and helmet,
and rolled the dice once more.
=======================================
anyway, here's a pic of a 50-something y/o man being gifted a goodie bag for showing up on time for 30 years straight at Burger King.
“My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know that it exists.”
— Nikola Tesla
Generally speaking
If it’s demonised by the majority, it’s most likely good for you. (Sugar, Tobacco, salt, red meat)
If it’s accepted and pushed by the majority, it’s probably harmful (porn, vaping, weed, casual sex)
Choose your habits wisely.
there is a secondary effect of working out that is so valuable that people don't realise
when you're under a heavy load, or pumping iron so hard your arms feel like they're about to burst
you're not worried about anything else
no time or headspace for any other nagging issues
not worried about what karen from accounting said to you
just you and the metal
this forced focus to the moment = forced presence = higher consciousness
extreme sports, military experiences thrill and captivate on the same principle = when something is so intense it brings forced presence into the current moment = bliss and enlightenment, just pure action, no thought
All things in moderation, including moderation.
Sometimes, the best way to get a handle on something is to overindulge to the extreme.
Jack it way up, learn what excess feels like, and then bring it back down to a useful, sustainable, middle-ground.
Do you understand?
This video compilation I created is dedicated to all the men who work tirelessly even if the odds are stacked against them
To those who keep the world moving forward, taken for granted, or worse, looked down on by society
A testament to the unbreakable will of men 🫡
95% of modern men lack:
1. Training
2. Philosophy
3. Brotherhood
4. Wisdom
5. Vibration
6. Sunlight
7. Faith
8. Purpose
9. Momentum
10. Structure
With these you win at anything long term.
Did you know?
Visualisation lights up the same areas of the brain as memories do ...
Your brain doesn't know the difference.
Studies have shown that just Visualising practicing basketball shots has a similar effect as physically practicing them - the same areas of the brain fire off!
you can actually gain muscular recruitment from ONLY visualising reps of a specific exercise.
you are completing the mental part of the rep, without the physical. this still has a beneficial effect on the muscles themselves.
this is part of the reason why people that are singleminded about a specific task or goal usually achieve such skill in that area.
if all you think about it swinging a golf shot? you're going to become better at it, even when you're not at the driving range - this goes for all things!
treat your mind as a mental dojo, where you can hone your skills wherever you are
before you go to sleep, visualise how your benchpress is going to look and feel when you train in the morning
Visualise what you want and your brain will fill in the gaps, as if it has happened already.
Have a clear vision of your perfect life, and visualise how this would feel, what it looks like, what is consists of, and how you will get there. The more you envision this, the more energy you are directing to bringing that new world into your present. No one has ever achieved anything that they didn't initially visualise first.
Of course, the mental side of practice goes both ways. if you see yourself losing, or 'failing' a particular task, those things can be embedded further into the mind.
your body becomes more used to whatever it is you think about!
so be conscious of this fact, intentionally curating whatever it is you want to improve at
where attention goes, energy flows.
When 100 people protest against the Russian, Iranian, or Chinese govts, it's front page news for months, with Hollywood celebrities babbling all sorts of nonsense about "freedom" & "democracy". But when millions protest in France... crickets. Hypocrites.
The narrative you craft about your own life exerts an UNBELIEVABLY powerful influence over your destiny.
It will give shape to the paths you traverse, the individuals you encounter, and the legacy you leave behind.
It is imperative that you take active effort in authoring it, personally. Before someone else does.
In other words:
PROGRAM OR BE PROGRAMMED.
