No customer service at all. Plus I paid into one of your agents account who has refused to rectify the issue. The cyber Cafe is a laughing stock because of airtel. It's a shame @AirtelNigeria

@AirtelNigeria This should be the worst network operators in Nigeria. The Airtel ODU is a scam. The airtel representative took money from me to recharge it. For over two weeks now going to 1 month, it has refused to work. I demanded a refund of my money and she told me that I paid to airtel.

They have refused to pick up my calls ever since then, even after getting my contact for a refund. It's appalling
