Even after I cancel the installation, @Verizon held a fake port in order for 11/24/2030 on a # that was never even verizon's to begin with

@RonanDunneVZ Your company has a huge amount of Careless, Unprofessional and disrespectful workers. Its ashamed how bad they treat a business who employees many people and had to send them home for days because of your careless customer service and evn worst "Vendor's Sales team"

@VerizonSupport Even after I cancel this unprofessional @Verizon company, they still mess me up! Never got anything installed, but they sending me bills, never got my # ported but they have an order pending for 11/20/2030!

@VerizonSupport Service already cancel with @Verizon... thanks god there is @optimum to help and care, their appointment is for this Saturday while @VerizonSupport gave me 4 different ones, with 3 NO SHOWS and after 20 days still no services... and bc of the hollidays they cant come til dec 8th.

Not1 person can help me, not one person can give me a straight answer... They all lost and careless... switching to @optimum now
