TF1 The Race part 01. This is such a fun and challenging sequence to board. It was a very collaborative effort with the director, story team and production. #storyboards#TransformersOne
This is the 2D animation reference I used for the Crimson Paw prison fight. I want to especially thank @pierreperifel and JP Sans for having given me the opportunity and trust to animate this fun sequence! 🥲👮🏽♂️🥷🏻👮🏿 #TheBadGuys#TheBadGuysmovie#Dreamworks#animation
@weehang “Hoping other ppl to bet on it” is a very narrow way of looking at share lol. Listed companies openly publish their financial reports. Investors has all the resources to make their own decision whether the company will be growing or not in the future.
@weehang Listed companies that pay dividends are companies that have very slow/no growth (aka blue chips). While growth stock (most of the tech stock) spend most of their revenue in expanding that’s why they hardly pay dividends.
@radsechrist if there is more than one board artist, I think some sort of pre design env helps a lot especially on hooking up shots. Personally, I prefer having designs provided before I start because it give some sorts of limitation and make me focus on shot choices.
Dovetailing off some previous thoughts on character POV, I wanted to do a dedicated #film study of 'Drive' (2011). specifically, the way camera & editing create a rich, cinematic POV -- and for a protagonist who rarely speaks! (that's one BIG directing challenge!) #feboardary
Tip for students: instead of polishing one short with full color and animation over a long period of months/years.. make a ton of animatics in black and white.. cut with sound/voice acting.. and show it to many different people*
