At times male anger at “women getting special treatment” reminds me of a gorilla experiment. One gorilla gets a banana every hour. The females next to him get one every four hours. Then someone decides to be fairer and gives the females a banana every two hours instead. The original gorilla? He flips out. He's still getting his banana every hour, but it feels like a loss because his advantage shrank. That's how a lot of men react to basic fairness for women: not as justice, but as theft.

The level of logic surrounding this situation could probably bring Albert Einstein back to life.

1. Some “fans” are asking Dowoon to leave DAY6 or to quit as a drummer, as though removing the drummer from a band is somehow a rational solution.

2. JYPE dropping a “no comment” statement while acting like “artist protection” notices are Pokémon cards they collect but never actually use.

3. “Fans” demanding Dowoon apologize for dating because apparently he committed the unforgivable crime of having a personal life outside their "delulu" universe.

4. And then there are "fans" presenting receipts of the money, time, and energy they spent supporting DAY6 — despite the fact that supporting artists has always been a personal choice, not a contractual obligation.

At this point, it is no longer the dating news itself, but the issue of the entitlement and parasocial expectations of so called "fans" 😀🤓

NTE is getting absolutely roasted over a handful of background billboards and some cutscene atmosphere stuff that used AI as placeholders.

The devs already confirmed the main characters story and core art are all human made. They just sped up the boring filler bits to get this full open world GTA-style supernatural city into our hands faster.

But nope the usual crowd has to turn it into a full meltdown. Streamers dropping sponsors left and right voice actors bailing players acting like the whole game is ruined. Meanwhile the actual gameplay is hooking people hard and the city feels alive like nothing else out there.

This AI hate is killing good games before they even get a fair shot. I am supporting HOTTA Studio and NTE all the way. The haters can stay mad while the rest of us keep grinding.
